Our bodies require constant work for optimal health and performance. Our certified trainers will work 1 on 1 with you to learn about your goals, lifestyle, and any past injuries. After an initial assessment where we measure strength and range of motion, we will work with you to create a realistic plan which takes into consideration your schedule and availability. Our trainers will work with you regularly or periodically to ensure proper technique is being used and to make adjustments as your strength and conditioning improve.
Please note that not all insurance companies are billed directly. Please give us a call to learn more about which insurance companies can be billed directly and which ones require payment up front.
Is personal training covered under my insurance?
Generally personal training is not covered by insurance, however some rehab plans cover strength and conditioning after an accident if you are referred by a doctor or one of our therapists. If you haven’t been in an accident make sure you check your insurance coverage to see if you are covered.
